They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I made an appointment for a saturday morning with all details provided and my wife as main conact. The repair tech Oscar contacted me instead of my wife while I am unreachable. He then canceled my appointment and lied and said it was "at the customers request." Upon calling in to reschedule the weekend office personel Maria said theres nothing she could do since this was canceled by the customer. She continued to argue with me that there was nothing she could do because he appoinment was canceled by the cusomer. She then tried to book me an appointment for next weekend since we are unavailable during the week. She made no effort to get a tech to our address even though our time slot was 8am-12 pm and I called back at 1pm. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said no managers work on the weekend. I also received 2 sales calls from Sears. One thing is clear, they care more about upselling customers then they do about the customer service they provide.

Broken door on my GE washer… I know it needed replacing. $129 service charge to tell me it needed replacing was unnecessary especially if you can’t get the part. Seems like this is something that could have been looked into before showing up to take my money.

If I could give Sears a -0 I would. Extremely horrible service. No respect for the customers and most of all we felt SCAMMED by Sears service department. Will never patronized Sears again in any form. NOT TRUST WORTHY!!!!!!
