Tech from Sears been to my house at least 6 Times my fridge still doesn’t work. I’ll never use Sears again. Poor service

The technician did not tell the truth about the services he performed. He did not install anything, and the dryer is till broke. He lied about the services.

Edwin is a very good technician. Unfortunately he has rules to follow, and Sears did not allow him to make the repairs required to fix my A/C. So, my warranty company is scheduling service with another company. Sears gets less then a star from me!!

She did not fix what it needs to be fixed .She just put the wheels and the problem is still there . The dishwasher is not cleaning properly.

My washer still does not work

My stove had one burner light stay on after it got turned off. Your service man managed make sure that burner and the another burner no longer working, both are dual burner. Now I have nots of cooking for holiday and only two burner is working.

The repairman’s attitude and demeanor was a -1!!!! Which is what I didn’t like about this business. He spent too much time arguing his knowledge of his work; how long he’s been working for Sears and “warning” us of the high labor costs as though to insinuate that we couldn’t afford it and then concluding by saying, “It must be nice to have it like that after we said that we were okay with paying the labor costs. We apprised him of another job that we needed to have done. But after his condescending attitude we’re choosing to find another contractor. He performed his work satisfactorily.

Very bad experience, Repair call for refrigerator door not getting fully closed. Technician came home, just opened the refrigerator door and told door parts (Door cam) is unavailable, so cannot fix it. Did not give any alternative suggestions or even not even to trying to open and check, hardly spent 10 minutes and take the trip charge $ 128.82. and left.
