The service men and lady were very efficient and friendly. On the freezer repair, there is one little spot that collects ice, and I may call them back out to check it out.

They did a great job. It's a 2 day deal but they come see what's wrong... ship the items they need and then come back a fix it. Pretty easy and professional.
