Appreciated his his use of time, moved refrigerator out to clean behind thoroughly & checked temps of oven throughout visit to check any variations, cleaned dishwasher filter & underneath, really gave each appliance a top to bottom checkup, was here about an hour, did a great job!

We have two HVAC units listed on our Sears Home Warranty contract. This causes problems when doing preventative maintenance because only one unit is allowed per semi-annual service. Joshua exhausted every measure to have both our units serviced for the upcoming Texas summer season. He even found points credited to our account, which allowed for a lower service fee. We appreciate Sears having such thoughtful and knowledgeable professional technicians on their team.
