Very polite, cordial n knowledgeable. Was a pleasant experience. However, have one complaint...not about Anny. The coordination between the customer n Sears was less than a good experience. The text or email notification confirming appt. kept switching dates for the repairs to b done. There needs to b a better on hands approach with a narrower time frame that the customer can b home. I had to keep changing Dr. Appts. n other comittments to accommodate Sears...Customer couldn't even find a phone # to call to coordinate date of repair.

Excellent Customer service
If I can find a way to request Mario anytime I need a repair, you best believe I will. It took him maybe 5 minutes to find the problem with my washer. He came prepared to fix it after asking me ahead of time what all it was doing before he even came out. Thank you so much.
