Hussein provided excellent service. He drove all the way from Plano, arrived on time, and was professional throughout the visit. He thoroughly diagnosed the issue with my GE Profile microwave, explained what had failed, and took the time to educate me on proper maintenance and what to expect when it comes time to replace the unit. After experiencing a no-show from the previous technician, I really appreciated Hussein's communication, reliability, and willingness to answer questions. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood the situation before he left. Overall, he showed up, treated me with respect, and got me squared away. G E Dishwasher
The technician was very knowledgeable and knew how to install the part that I had needed. I am concerned because the dishwasher is still wet after completing all cycles and supposively complete.

Excellent Service
Alberto was exceptionally knowledgeable about the refrigerator service. He explained the issue and educated on what to do in the event the problem happens again. He was personable and I felt real comfortable with him in my home while I was alone. He even got me a discount. Great job Alberto. I have never had an issue with Sears coming out to fix any appliance I've had and I totally trust them.
