Mario was very experienced and knowledgeable, fast, very personable. The Sears Services is likely a bit on the high side but I’ve always had very good and fast service from them working on my old Kenmore appliances so I don’t mind too much paying more for quality service…you get what you pay for! In terms of making the appointment, the online / web approach worked very well…I tried calling on the phone first but I was sent to an AI assistant right away and the voice was all garbled. Stick with the online appointment process, you see what you get and it’s fast.

The tech was absolutely amazing! He succeeded in repairing what three previous techs from three other companies could not. I highly, highly recommend him! My tech's name was Stephen C. This company was assigned our case by American Home Shield warranty.
