The repairman was great the business is not so good. They can't seem to get it right with scheduling - I had to reschedule three times and waited all day for three days before someone came out! It is most difficult to talk to a "real" person, so no one to complain to, no one to be responsible and no one to call me to let me know thy didn't schedule me in correctly.

Very knowledgeable but my refrigerator can not be fixed the part dose not exist so I need a replacement

He did a excellent job! I was very impressed that he came the same day I called!
