Mario was excellent. He knew what was wrong with my dryer just by listening to it. He was on time, worked with care and was very nice. He has decades experience working on washers and dryers. If you call Sears for washer or dryer repair, ask for Mario. You will not be disappointed.

Kevin was teaching a new tech, John, and did a great job mentoring! He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and inspiring. John was gentle, attentive, eager to learn, and completed everything. Kevin oversaw from start to finish. Great job!!!!! My home warranty was well worth it. Only paid my deductible. No additional charges. Thank You 😀
