I feel that the inspection of my frig could have been more. In the past the tech would check behind the frig clean out any dust make sure everything was good. He didn't. He just checked the freezer and the frig. I feel that l get less for what I pay for. Buying new appliances is not cheap. I want mine to last as long as possible. I would still want behind my frig done at no cost to me. This should be a part of the inspection like it used to be.

Kevin provided EXCELLENT service and hopefully my refrigerator will be working properly in a couple of days. Sears, on the other hand, where do I start? From AI answering the phone with no "real person" to speak with to parts ordered by Sears normally sent to the home, but this time sent to the warehouse without informing the customer requiring numerous phone calls to be made (again answered by AI) which don’t fit either of their 3 options and finally kicks you out of the system! Sears you've been around as long as I have, and you can't do any better than this answering a damn phone? And lets talk about the other two servicemen you sent out (Sergio and Noah) who still didn’t fix my refrigerator causing it to continue freezing all my produce and having to be bought again for Thanksgiving, to not having a refrigerator over the Thanksgiving holiday as well as Sears being made aware of medical conditions with medicine needing to be stored in the refrigerator. They were absolutely of no help on any of these issues! Sears get your act together! AI sucks! Your customer service sucks! Sending 2 other servicemen out here who did not fix the problem was a total waste of MY TIME! Thank you Kevin, once again, for being knowledgeable, professional and taking the time to be sure the actual problem with this refrigerator was finally addressed. Update 12/9/2025 Kevin just left again! Excellent service by him! Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and patient with a cranky customer who has been out of a refrigerator since around November 3rd. Are you answering your phone yet Sears with a REAL person? I didn’t think so! Sears you still suck! Company makes too much money to ignore their customers with AI! Kevin 5-star service, thank you kindly! Sears, where's the -10 star service option? You've earned every bit of -10 stars if not more! Have the day you deserve Sears!!

I told him about the hole in the drum of the rubber piece on the on the washer. He said that it was OK and I'm a little leery because I had this problem before so if it happens to Leakafter he said that it would be OK I'm gonna be very upset

The website showed the technician onsite long before he actually showed up. When I called customer service, they told me it was because my dog was out. I explained that no one had called or showed up, and the dog is inside so they wouldn't have known. After some push back, they confirmed the tech would be there soon. The tech was professional, quick, and fixed it right up. Great tech, garbage online status tool, inefficient customer service.
