Brandon arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about our GE washing machine. He helped me understand how best to use the settings for the type of clothing I am washing. With the high speed on the spin cycle for some of the settings, it can cause the cycle to become off balance if washing towels and blankets or sheets together. Thank you Brandon for the education.

Brandon is great. Very personable and called before his arrival, and addressed the maintenance issue. However, the Sears AI system and lack of a human to speak with is the pits.
