Excellent!
Technician was very knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and communicated expected arrival times. He ensured I had received all the necessary parts prior to coming out. Arrived on time, was pleasant and knowledgeable
Dryer had somehow become unbalanced, it was taken apart, nothing was found to be worn or broken so it was put back together and appears fine.

Brandon arrived on time (early). He diagnosed our issue. Unfortunately Choice Warranty will not authorize the required repairs. We would definitely use Brandon again.

Repair Samsung Freezer
