Great experience. Quick. Response to request and work was scheduled within 2 days. Technician Brandon was very responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and repaired washer in short order. Great work. Brandon did another great job replacing circuit board. Very efficient and quick to complete repair.

Still not fixed. Don’t have a part. Brandon couldn’t even take it apart. I am still having to unplug it and plug it back in. I am tired of this. When it started I had only had it 3 months. Just replace it.!!!!!!!
