The tech Mark was great. I do 5 for him. The company makes you sign a form that states they will not do the work unless you sign to not hold them liable for any other damage. So if they damage a wall or floor, they won’t repair it. Never heard of not fixing something you damage.

My leak was fixed, but I first thought it wasn’t and I tried to get a hold of someone right after the tech left. Very frustrating customer service. There is no way to get a human on the phone. It’s all AI. Won’t use them again because of it.

Had them out to do regular maintenance on a stove, frig, washer and dishwasher. Dishwasher will not work AFTER tech did maintenance on it. Tried to get them to come chk issue and tech told me not unless I paid him? Told him it’s warranty. Basically told me tough crap, and he’s not coming unless paid again to find out what was done to disable it? Stay away from this business is the BEST advice I could give anyone. At least check their reviews before you get screwed over.

I have been without a washing machine for over a month because Sears home services doesn't show up when they say they're going to. They have put me off three times, extending my wait time by over a month. This is completely unacceptable. Never buy a GE washer if this is who will service it for you. Worst washing machine I've ever owned and worst service I've ever had.
