Brandon did an excellent job communicating, ordering, & repairing our 1 yr old GE washer purchased in Jan 2024. It's disappointing that the GE parts failed after only 1 year. And, not just a hose, but the circuit board & expensive components. Hopefully, these will last. Update Mar 2026: GE washer failed again, won't drain. Brandon tried new pump, but looks like we need another new control board. Brandon has been super helpful, but lack of GE quality is most likely the problem.
