Service techs very professional and were quick to pinpoint the problem. Part had to be ordered and arrived on time. Washer was fixed quickly and within a reasonable time frame.

The technician Sergio S was fantastic. The scheduling and so called A I is terrible. Technicians say they cannot speak with a live supervisor. Repair took over month because original technician went on vacation for 2 weeks and they could not send a replacement technician to put in new part. When you reach out to PABA they say will be escalated and nothing ever happens. The customer service experience gets a -5 where 10 is absolute best experience.
