Excellent Experience and Quick Repairs
Vic quickly tested the main circuit board on our GE Profile dishwasher and verified it was ok. This confirmed the User Interface Circuit Board had failed. He quickly replaced the circuit board with a part that had been ordered. A quick test of the dishwasher functions confirmed the dishwasher was now operating correctly….

Excellent Service!!!!
Steve was great at communicating his arrival time, was very friendly and courteous!!!! He quickly installed the new control panel and did a very thorough test of the washing machine. He even checked out a squeaky belt he noticed while testing the new control panel. Very satisfied!!!!

TOP-NOTCH service!!
Steve is a one of a kind technician and really knows his stuff! I was very impressed not just by his professionalism but by the care he takes in his work. He even gave me some pointers on how to extend the life of my washer. Not just a great technician but a great human being as well. Sears is lucky to have an employee like this, (Trust me, they are rare), you would do well to do what you can to keep him.
