If Alberto was our first technician and not our 3 rd. We would not have sunk $570.00 into our refrigerator. Alberto is super knowledgeable and a very nice person to deal with. If some how you can request him, do it. FYI He only works on refrigerators. Landed up going to buy a new refrigerator. Got 8 years out of our Kitchen Aid. Apparently, that’s all you can get from a refrigerator these days. 👿

He seems to be moody. He didn’t greet but he did finish the job. He started being negative on me. I felt like he was talking down to me. He seem to be racist or just moody and negative.

The overall time they took to fix this small issue was bad. The first technician was inexperienced ans he broke the sensor board and we lived without Fridge for 10 days. after that everytime a part is ordered. there was a turnaround time of 7 days..
