I was told it was $99 per Appliance and yet I was charged $139 so why did it cost an extra $40? But the technician was awesome!

If Alberto was our first technician and not our 3 rd. We would not have sunk $570.00 into our refrigerator. Alberto is super knowledgeable and a very nice person to deal with. If some how you can request him, do it. FYI He only works on refrigerators. Landed up going to buy a new refrigerator. Got 8 years out of our Kitchen Aid. Apparently, that’s all you can get from a refrigerator these days. 👿

He seems to be moody. He didn’t greet but he did finish the job. He started being negative on me. I felt like he was talking down to me. He seem to be racist or just moody and negative.

The overall time they took to fix this small issue was bad. The first technician was inexperienced ans he broke the sensor board and we lived without Fridge for 10 days. after that everytime a part is ordered. there was a turnaround time of 7 days..

It took 4 scheduled appts. And 3 parts orders. First was wrong part that took 3 weeks to get. 2nd part was already broken in box and finally 3rd arrived. Had 3 different techs to finally get it right. But labor cost are extremely high for a 10 minute parts replace

Technician made a call prior to visiting the home to confirm the service appointment. However, it would be better if Sears can locate the technicians that’s close to the house (zipcode radius) since he seemed to be unhappy that we were an hour and half away from where he was. This should be addressed by Sears since zipcode was asked prior to the service appointment. Repair was done with the tools we had at home. He did mention that the parts we need were unavailable since our treadmill was old. Charged $216 for labor and parts + tax. (Not sure what part was being charged since he used what we had at home)
