Furnace does not work and after two trips, the furnace is still not working. There is no direct line to talk to a real person only AI. The only reason Sears did the work is because my Home Warranty chose your company. This the worst service I have received from an appliance company.

I’ve paid $1,417.75 to Sears Protection Plan over the past year, and my refrigerator is still broken. Since December 2024, food has spoiled due to condensation, and the freezer turns everything into rock ice. Multiple technicians were scheduled -many didn’t show up, some falsely claimed I wasn’t home, and one told me to “live with it” because Sears wouldn’t replace the unit. I spent over 1.5 hours on the phone, transferred between warranty, loyalty, and offshore scheduling departments, only to be disconnected multiple times. No resolution, no accountability, just monthly charges for a service that failed me. If Sears can’t fix a basic refrigerator, I won’t trust them with anything else. This isn’t protection - it’s exploitation. I’m demanding a full refund.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I was out money but did not get my issue resolved. Even the tech clearly hated working for Sears. That'll be my last experience with them for sure. I won't use another service company in the future if I can't get human on the phone.

Never showed up or called but noted in system that they came.. Called Sears complained and scheduled another appointment and same thing happened again no one showed up again so FRUSTRATED!!!!

This was a very disappointing experience. Three different repairman, each making different promises, none kept, overcharging and then no plan for refund for a wrong part that was ordered, over two weeks to finally get my oven repaired. Bad service and not satisfactory communication to make things right after so many misses.

One of the worst service providers ever seen. doesn’t provide any eta. No way to contact them back. Just sit at home waiting for them and in evening they will just reschedule to some other day. Rinse and repeat

I think the guy who showed up was salesman not a repairman. No diagnostic to say what was wrong or recommendation to fix a fridge that isn’t cooling. But he did want me to buy a service program. Go figure.
