The refrigerator technician, Micah, was awesome! He trouble shoot my side by side Kenmore Elite and found what was the problem. With his 6 years experience in fixing refrigerators, he knew what was the problem immediately. The job was completed in a timely manner.

Micah had to come back and completely redo the work that the previous guy did. Previous repairman scratched my tile floor and knocked off a piece of my kitchen wall. He was terrible.

Luis came out and diagnosed my 25 year old Maytag washer. I figured the news wouldn’t be good, and it wasn’t. So, I declined the fix and will get a new one. I feel sure his diagnosis was a good and a factual one. After all, the washer is 25 years old!
