Sears technicians (Collin, Ben, etc.,) are excellent and helpful. I am very thankful. But Choice Home Warranty was horrible and took more than 6 weeks to provide approval for Sears to proceed with repair for my only compressor component and paid over $200. I had to pay the much bigger portion of the repair cost.

Our Sears tech was awesome. Explained everything in detail. Unfortunately the problem could not be repaired. Further disposition to be determined by my warranty/service plan.
