I am beyond disappointed. Even though I bought an extended warranty, Assurant will not replace the lemon refrigerator I got. It makes a HORRIBLE noise but because it cools properly, they will not replace it. We cannot stand to listen to it so we are going to get rid of it and it is going to be a complete loss. A $3000 refrigerator (with a good for nothing warranty) in the trash. GE and Assurant - you should be ashamed of yourself.

Took weeks for 3 different technicians and no correct diagnosis. Wasted time and money.

Just to he came to state the problem which i myself told sears and charged 65 dollers and reported insurer it as washing machine handling problem of door gasket and insuring company and sears seems a good frinds. Choicehomewarrenty company seems running scheme to just exploit customers. Read its fine print but they will give one interpreatation before buying and another after buying

Sears repair service is horrible !! 2 no shows , no call no email , nothing . They also do not list a contact # nor email to get in touch w them . Only thing you could do was re-schedule. Horrible is putting it nicely , due to having to be there from 8-5 , twice w no show , no call !! Worst customer service ever

I got call from technician saying they are ordering parts but it seems he gave different information to Warranty company and my claim is now mis handled. I strongly NOT recommend sears
