Earl J was amazing! He was able to show me what the error was on my range and was patient educating me regarding the rationale for the error. The error cleared and he offer the Sears Repair Plan and I was on board (pun intended)! I know the quality of Sears and EJ as my technician made me feel right at home! (again with the puns ;0)

Placed my service call with Sears customer representative, Ron, who did an outstanding job setting me up with service call and updating my profile. Received next day service from Sears service technician, Steve, who did an outstanding job repairing my washer & dryer. I was totally amazed how well the service call went. Placed my service call Friday night at 6:00pm got service the next day Saturday at 8:00am. Best service call I have ever received for an appliance repair. Absolutely outstanding. Thanks Ron & Steve for your professionalism and thank you Sears.
