Steve did a wonderful job repairing the washer/drier all-in-one unit. Had a bit difficulty scheduling the appointment as AI assistant on the phone could not take the address correctly and was suggesting non-existent address instead. Was able to schedule appointment on via chat on the web though

Tech. Scott, arrived on time and listened to our concerns about the operation of our Frig. After examining the Frig. he determined that there was no need for any repair. The airflow inadvertantly had been restricted by an item blocking the circulation. I would not hesitate to call Sears Home Repair for any future problem.

I was told it was $99 per Appliance and yet I was charged $139 so why did it cost an extra $40? But the technician was awesome!

If Alberto was our first technician and not our 3 rd. We would not have sunk $570.00 into our refrigerator. Alberto is super knowledgeable and a very nice person to deal with. If some how you can request him, do it. FYI He only works on refrigerators. Landed up going to buy a new refrigerator. Got 8 years out of our Kitchen Aid. Apparently, that’s all you can get from a refrigerator these days. 👿
