I had ordered a repair technician for an AM Call to come out. Now I have a disability. There's no nice way to say this. I was covered in human excrement when I woke up. This is a thing that happens with my disability. I had to clean that up. Of course this is when the technician arrived was in the middle of this. I was not able to get cleaned up in time and called the technician back. This technicians name was Noah and they left a rather curt voicemail with me about not answering. Now this I can totally understand. It's an AM call and I did not hold up my part of the bargain. This was unacceptable on my part and I left a deeply apologetic text and voicemail back with the tech and I scheduled another appoint for the afternoon. That appointment is now cancelled as well with no reason given. I believe that Noah upon seeing the same address for the afternoon cancelled the call out of spite. This is unacceptable and of course I now wished to speak with someone about this issue. Well it turns out that Sears Appliance Repair now doesn't employ any humans to speak with! Just an AI Agent. There is no email, no phone number, no way to get in contact with a human. I want to let everyone know that this is how Sears Appliance Repair treats their customers with disabilities. That they employ vindictive and unprofessional employees and that there is no way to get in touch with a human about these issues.

Extremely disappointed with the poor service again. This is the 3 rd time I have called them over the years because I have GE appliances . Every time I called them they didn’t fix anything. It seems like the technician just don’t want to work or don’t know how to fix anything. They will always bring issues with the warranty coverage & blame their boss etc. Then when calling the customer service,they will transfer you to different place again and again. I told them that I am willing to pay the full price if not covered under warranty. They said I can no longer do that and I have to make another service call again and pay the service fee again. What a service? The technician ask me to call the customer service & ask me to decline the repair work and the customer service tells me they can’t help me & I have to make another service call..

Scott claimed to have serviced our unit and ordered parts but has never come to service our unit. We have taken off work four times all for this person to have said he came but nothing has been resolved at all. We have tried to escalate the issue with Sears but no one has called us back or tried to resolve the issue since. We just keep getting charged the deductible fee but no one comes to fix anything. We have had no AC for a month now.

This technician has been out to fix our dishwasher several times. Each time he reminds that is is a 27 year specialized technician and talks down to. He always blames us first, regardless of what the problem is or is not. He likes to say it’s ’customer abuse’. He is rude and argumentative and treats you like a child.

This was and is scheduled for Tomorrow on June 18. Not sure why he texted to show up today, I had Garage Door open as that is where the appliance is but he claimed to have nocked the door and no answer.

We had a horrible experience. Scheduled a tech to come out and fix what I thought would be a simple repair on a washing machine. We have a simple machine that should have been an easy fix, but was not. When scheduling the appointment, we agreed to pay a $130 diagnostic fee if we didn't do the repair. The tech came and, within minutes, told us the washer was fixed and charged $325. I wasn't home at the time. The tech didn't explain to my wife what was wrong and didn't give her the option not to do the repair. He took advantage of my wife and made her pay the full amount. We would not have done it had we known the cost. He was at our home for a total of 17 minutes and the washer still didn't work after he left. I've spent 5 or 6 days on the phone trying to get a refund, but have been met with many obstacles. Not a single person I talk to is able to help, nor do any of them want to talk to me. Most of them just transfer me around or transfer me to their AI phone assistant, which is the worst. We will be disputing with the credit card. Do not use Sears for your repair. Update to owner response: I'm done working with Sears and have no plans to seek additional help. I've already spent hours on the phone over numerous days trying to resolve this issue. Just submitted a dispute with the credit card company. You can find me in your system and contact me directly if you really wish to resolve this issue, as it should have been the first time I called to explain the situation and request a refund.

They did not know what is causing the problem. They played the guessing game and replaced four parts and did not fix the problem. Now they said that it was my fault and that the insurance will not cover the repair. These are the parts that they replaced and did not solve the problem.
