Just got out of Bankruptcy a couple of months ago and my job had cut hours back so I was only working one day a week this week up to three days hopefully next week will be the same he was very polite did his diagnosis found out the heater coil was bad it's a 2020 Samsung dryer was quoted $759 to fix unfortunately was not able to come up with that amount was told only way to get it was to purchase the whole heater assy that's the only way Sears home services does it that is all good keeps return calls to a minimum only bad thing is that the technician didn't put the belt back on the motor and the tensioner so now the drum does not turn with the motor can't air dry anything now can he please come back and reinstall the belt please and thank you other then that issue was very knowledgeable and skilled would give him five stars for everything else was told it would be between 9am and 5pm he was here around 1:30pm charged the diagnostic fee which was total $139 he put everything back together then noticed the drum wasn't spinning he took the belt off and didn't put it back on.
