After getting jerked around by multiple companies who'd diagnose our unit in ten minutes, take our money, and let it fail again by the next summer, Sears Home Services finally got it right. Brian was the difference — he took the time to find the actual problem instead of throwing a quick patch on it. Honest, thorough, and clearly knew his stuff. Ask for Brian if you can. Highly recommend.
