Technician was great but Sears Home Warranty is a joke. Purchased Kenmore Elite refrigerator in 2015 had to replace faulty compressor 2 times in 2018 and 2021. Technician quickly diagnosed faulty compressor again but I chose not to pay ~ $750 for repairs. Awaiting class action lawsuit for LG compressors failures.

Abel was great! I was worried that my 20 year old refrigerator was on its last leg because of the loud popping sounds and motor sounds. He explained that it was performing correctly and just needed a little bit of tweaking to guarantee that the door shuts completely when pushed close. Thank you for employing honest, knowledgeable and personable technicians.
