Service man was very nice and installed part that was ordered, but overall response from the company was poor. Window of service was unacceptable: 8 am to 5 pm! I was notified at 12:30 that repair man was on his way. He arrived at 4:45. I waited for 4 hours missing an important meeting. I called their online locator and was repeatedly told he would be here shortly. For $400 plus, if it breaks again, I will get a new machine and will not do business with this company again.

No-call, no-show, no way of talking to a human to figure out what happened as all of their phone and chat lines are completely automated. Not worth your time.

Your service SUCKS! Waited over 4 hours for NO ONE TO SHOW UP, NO CALL, NO CANCELATION, NOTHING! Then you rescheduled it without my input, so I waited Over ANOTHER 4 HOURS, as he was late. Then he said he fixed it, took my money and left. And my freezer still doesn't work!! Sears IS A SCAM! NO HUMANS TO SPEAK TO, YOU'RE PUT INTO A CONSTANT LOOP OF AI with NO REsOLUTION! SHAME ON YOU! I'll be disputing my charge!

I believe the goal was to collect the diagnostic fee and avoid all but the quickest repairs. This was accomplished by offering a $1,500. Repair cost for an ice maker on a 4 year old frig.
