Very good communication. Punctual. Wide time fram, but showed up when expected and they have a tracker the day of so ya know where they are on the route. Awesome job.

My Sears service Tech Craig is amazing. He did a repair for me several years ago, and when he came to my home today it was a real relief to know that I was going to get great service once again. He gives A+ service at each visit and gets issues resolved. Good honest service from a qualified technician is so important with today’s appliances. I won’t hesitate to call Sears in the future to get repairs done.
