Mr Craig, is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced, and that's something you can't improvise on. He took care of our Samsung refrigerator running in a few minutes by replacing the parts that were ordered. Definitely recommend having him work on our appliances.

Update*** 5/26/26 Refrigerator repair went quickly and smoothly. Xanthus install the control board that Craig had ordered in a matter of minutes. 5/20/26 Craig came and checked our refrigerator and said it needed a control board. He ordered the part and rescheduled a follow-up for the next available appointment. Broderick was very nice and considerate each time he was here, and he worked very efficiently installing the parts. My dishwasher was giving extra trouble and didn't seem to be cooperating with any of the parts that were installed. It gave us new error codes each time, but Broderick was diligent and determined! Four trips later, our family has a working dishwasher and great respect for the hardworking young man who made it so!
