This was a waste of time and money. Tech turned on machine and said yep it ls the pump. Thats it. That will be 640 dollars. Nope. I did not pay. Won't use again

This is the worst experience i’ve ever had regarding repair of equipment at my home. The technician was unable to complete dismantling of the fridge. He couldn’t diagnose or make repairs. He wanted me to pay for a diagonsis which he couldn’t diagnose or not furnish me. If you need appliance repairs i suggest you contact another company

Terrible Service and Communication Absolutely the worst repair experience I’ve ever had. It took over two months for Sears Appliance Repair to get the parts and finally fix my appliance. During that entire time, there was zero communication — you can’t reach a real person, only an AI robot that doesn’t help or give updates. When the technicians finally showed up, they acted like they didn’t even want to be there. Lazy, unmotivated, and in no rush to actually finish the job. After weeks of waiting, I expected at least decent service, but instead got nothing but frustration. Save yourself the headache — don’t use Sears Appliance Repair. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. Update: they came back out to fix their mistake and it still doesn’t work, at this point we will just buy a new fridge to rid ourselves of these people.

Do not use this company. They are a scam. It’s super easy to make an appointment and then everything else is downhill from there. My dryer needed a new thermistor, tech shows up and immediately lets me know that’s the problem and to pay $415 for them to come back in three weeks and fix it. I should’ve said no way right then and there. I pay the fee to have them come back but realize the next day that I can replace the part myself for about $20. I was able to cancel any future appointments super easy. But you never receive any confirmation of a cancellation or any pending refunds. I waited a few days before reaching out to make sure the cancellation and refund were being processed. They informed me it could take 21 business days or longer for a refund and to wait another 3-5 days to even receive an email showing all of this info and confirmation that things were happening on their end. Also, it’s nearly impossible to get a human on the phone. And if you can, they say the same thing over and over again without any sort of help. Very disappointing that there are companies out there doing this and getting away with it.

Sears guy wanted to charge $400 in labor. Parts were $157. I called actual sears to see if this was true labor costs, they said no. Guy was over charging just because.. declined the repair. Absolutely insane how people will rip you off.

This was the worst experience I’ve had from a service tech never again. I will use him and yes, I have photos where I’m right there. He was supposed to call me 30 minutes ahead of time. He did not call me. I had my sister there who is 51 years old who walked across the street from her house to let him in and he said no the owner has to be here. That’s not what I was told as long as somebody over 18 was there. I was good until I got there, but he never called me 30 minutes ahead. He was so rude to everybody That was with me that we talk to him about waiting this gentleman. I am ready to complain to the state about this whoever’s license is on those vans very disappointed.

He didn't do any of the work he just told me it was working so I didn't need to be replaced after waiting over a month to get the part and the repair done after many times calling Sears to reschedule and figure out what was going on with getting the part they finally came out and of course the dishwasher was working at that moment and stopped working the moment they left I wish people would just fix parts when they come out there I'm going to need a refund now since none of the work was done
