Update*** 5/26/26 Refrigerator repair went quickly and smoothly. Xanthus install the control board that Craig had ordered in a matter of minutes. 5/20/26 Craig came and checked our refrigerator and said it needed a control board. He ordered the part and rescheduled a follow-up for the next available appointment. Broderick was very nice and considerate each time he was here, and he worked very efficiently installing the parts. My dishwasher was giving extra trouble and didn't seem to be cooperating with any of the parts that were installed. It gave us new error codes each time, but Broderick was diligent and determined! Four trips later, our family has a working dishwasher and great respect for the hardworking young man who made it so!

My Sears service Tech Craig is amazing. He did a repair for me several years ago, and when he came to my home today it was a real relief to know that I was going to get great service once again. He gives A+ service at each visit and gets issues resolved. Good honest service from a qualified technician is so important with today’s appliances. I won’t hesitate to call Sears in the future to get repairs done.
