The technician was great! The service was moderate, the part took 5 weeks to come in, in the meantime while waiting I called twice to check on status of order, it was escalated twice, my email was never corrected so I could get alerts on status, and once I did schedule appointment I was never called ahead as to when the technician was arriving, it was a surprise, but I needed it fixed and all charges were charged and paid for on the first day but didn’t get the services paid for about a month later, poor service but good technician services.

The service tech was spot on with figuring our problem. No complaints there. But, the communication with when arrival was terrible. Time changed 3 times, first arrival 12:30-1:30, finally arrived after three. There were no phone communication until tech called to say would be here within 30 minutes. Was late. Was very frustrating. We had to cancel our plans for evening because they can't communicate. Not sure if would use again.

I spent 3 hours and 45 minutes on the phone just trying to make an appointment and add a new credit card. Your scheduling is very unsatisfactory! I am considering cancellation of my warranty plan! Also not knowing an arrival time frame until the day of service is unacceptable. I am not impressed with your system and will advise others.
