3 service technicians in 1day. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m in shock & very disappointed at the end of this day………smh *Craig is the best service technician working for this company, ever…Worked on my ice maker. Perfection as usual. He is very knowledgeable & caring in all the work he has completed at my home. Been here on numerous times to service appliances. 5 stars ⭐️ *Broderick was ok. 1star. Looked at washer :(. Parts that were ordered 2 weeks ago now awaiting installation today, to be told “cannot be fixed, wrong parts ordered & will not fix issues”. I’m crushed with emotions. Technician took ordered parts away to return. “Sears should be replacing your washer since it’s too expensive to fix”. Called another tech to verify what I’m being told about my washer. *Kenneth was insightful & helpful. 5 stars ⭐️ anxiety remains. He took washer apart to let me know more parts are needed to fix all issues. Parts were approved & in research to find. ………:If not located then Sears will replace washer. 🤞🏾

Extremely dissatisfied. I asked for Refrigerator and microwave evaluation, asked several times how much the diagnostic fee was and was given one answer. Then, the appointments were separated and the diagnostic fee for the microwave was more than 2x what was quoted on the phone. I feel very mislead and overcharged. Also, the people on the phone were very pushy about joining their monthly service maintenance program. Very hard to get someone on the phone, extensive phone tree to resolve issues. I will not work with them again.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! Transfer after transfer after transfer! I'll never have anything to do with Sears ever again! They got my $119 though!

Don’t call sears for service! They are horrible! Scheduled service 7 times for the same problem! Until they finally through up there hand and said “call someone else, we can’t fix it” then refused to honor their own 60 day warranty! Their repairs never lasted more than 2 weeks on a fridge that’s only 11 months old! And of course big box stores are zero help “lowes” and of course whirlpool was every bit as pitiful service when it came to honoring their warranty! Both only have emails to respond too, you can never talk to a real person.

The tech was great. The worst customer service ever. The link they sent didn't work could not call them back . My calls went to the automated system which told me my appointment was between 228 Am and 428 Am then hung up. I tried to call for the 5th time it could not find me in the system. The tech said the fans for my fridge could take up to 6 weeks and they only had 1. Never Sears
