They took my money and won’t show to finish the repair. I can’t get anyone to call me back and they just keep blaming system outages. I was pressured to pay otherwise they couldn’t order my parts and never showed back up.

Sears technician didn’t know what he was doing. They charged me $119 dollar diagnostic fee to just to send a guy to stare at the fridge and do nothing but tell me it's broken. I was expecting him to fix the water leak I had inside and he did nothing. He just rescheduled me for 10 days later and showed the bill for 486 dollar ( which is a lot compared to what the fridge is worth). Nobody wants to keep waking up every morning to mop water under the fridge, so looked for someone else. This other tech showed up rolled up his sleeves and fixed the problem. No parts needed to be ordered, no sears phone calls try to sale me home services package, no drama.

Service man was here for 30 minutes, sprayed off the outside unit, didnt even get in the attic to look at that unit.

Very bad service. Tech came and did not even look at my dishwasher. He left and then got a msg my repair service has been canceled. Also when I called to request for another tech, I end up getting AI instead of a live person
