He came in with a smile, was very polite, professional and explained well what was going on

I think all the repairmen I have delt with are polite and competent. The main weakness is that the AI system leaves much to be desired. Also, scheduling service between 8 AM and 5 PM won't work for many people. Even with these drawbacks, I intend to stay with Sears Warranty.

Very professional and knowledgeable! They came out and diagnosed my shop’s ice maker issues, had parts ordered same day and made a quick return to complete the repairs. Educated me on what I could do to keep the machine clean and downtime to a minimum with the summer coming. Will definitely use them again!

We appreciated the fact that Sergio called before to give us a heads-up that he was on his way. During the call he identified the possible issue and asked that we clear the area in our Kenmore Elite Refrigerator. He arrived on time and got to work right away. We perceived that Sergio is a knowledgeable and skilled technician. He inspires trust as a person and confidence in his expertise. We would request him again to service our appliance. We are please with how he worked and that he cleaned up the area after. We also like that we could pay for the service online. Sergio told us the cost beforehand. He was up-front with everything and did not leave us to guess or assume anything. And that’s a huge plus. Thank you for the service and the opportunity to write a review.
