Showed up 38 minutes after the estimated arrival time...no updates on arrival...so that doesn't earn great ratings. Hard to know how good they are, this turned out to be a simple issue they couldn't fix for me....the problem needs to be addressed by apartment building. But the technician didn't offer any assistance in the way of documenting the problem to help me with the landlord.

Very bad service. Tech came and did not even look at my dishwasher. He left and then got a msg my repair service has been canceled. Also when I called to request for another tech, I end up getting AI instead of a live person
