Harold was great, on time. Kept me informed and efficient this was the 3rd attempt the first guy did not diagnose correctly. 2nd attempt Harold came out and did diagnose correctly however the part had to be ordered.3rd visit the oven finally fixed. Maybe you should have common parts avail so cyst don’t have to go a month without the appliance.

Angel August 12 visit did great. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Clearly explained to problem. Joshua for August 6 was horrible. He only texted when in route. He did not attempt door bell or calling. He just sent front door pic and said no one answered knock. Horrible service no real attempt to get someone who was home. Angel good and Joshua bad

Steve is excellent. He checked my washer out thoroughly and I was so pleased he was able to come on the very day that it broke down. He is friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend calling Sears Appliance Repair for all of your appliance repair needs!
