Mr. Kevin had all the answers, that's for sure. Knew exactly what the problem was from the very beginning. Cleaned out the ice at the bottom of the fridge, ordered the parts. And then he returned to install the part, practically taking the refrigerator apart. Happy to know that there were no extra pieces left over when he put everything back together. The only negative, was he was training somebody else. I really wish they were train people on somebody else's dime. Because it slows down the process. On the other hand, trainee followed orders and worked effectively on Kevin's instructions. Kevin is an excellent trainer.

Technician, Kevin, was very knowledgeable and courteous. Fixed both problems and flushed system. He confirmed all working before he left. Kevin cleaned up all the areas he worked in. Fantastic technician.

But sears gets zero and I mean zero stars. Ai is shameful. Reschedule appointments terrible.

Kyle was efficient and had the problem corrected in a few minutes.
