the tech was quick and explained what was needed but he did not fix the problem So to have a home warranty that does not fix the problem is not worth the amount of money I pay

Sears and their A/C tech Collin were great. The warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) had them patch with sealer instead of actually repairing the issue. I have family and friends in the A/C business that recommend never using sealer. I just paid the $75 service fee. Will see how long this lasts
