Alberto was incredible! He was punctual, polite, informative & so helpful in assessing & explaining any issues. He is extremely experienced & knowledgeable and I hope you realize what a great asset he is to Sears! I was extremely frustrated dealing with your AI robots, phone queues and not being able actually speak with a human but he quickly made up for your company’s customer service faults! I would give him 10 stars if possible. He is exactly the type of tech that made Sears great back in the day. Please hire more Alberto’s and less AI robots!

Having a warranty with Sears is the best thing you can do for your home. The technicians are very knowledgeable about the machines and the repair process is very thorough.
