Refrigerator
Sears was a reassigned dealer to fix our refrigerators. The warranty company assigned to another company over 5 weeks ago and said it was compressor. And, upgrades etc was additional 434.00!! They didn't show up for appointment, no call in weeks. Warranty company couldn't reach them either so they reassigned to Sears. It wasn't the compressor but a starter switch which is covered. What a horrible company Prompt Appliance Repair LLC is!!!

Brian is a very helpful guy. We couldn't duplicate the noise while he was here. He did dismantle the fridge to ensure the fan was working properly. Thank You Brian.
