Very detailed and thorough. Actually gave me some user tips to try to make sure the same issue doesn’t come up again. Hussaein was also very punctual, and called me before he headed my direction to make sure I will be home.

I love Cinch warranty service. Way better than American Home Shield! They use Sears Appliance repair and they just get it right & fix it . If they can't they actually send a check in mail for replacement. American Home Shield say they do that but they absolutely do NOT!! AHS say they check IS coming and if never does. I messed with trying to get replacement check for washer and vent a hood and never got one! But with since they mail check and follow-up to make sure you received it! Best warranty company so far... Its a Cinch ! 😄 HAHA! Super Happy with them!
