William was prompt, personable and very efficient in assessing the issue with the leak in the refrigerator. The part was ordered, arrived before the appointment and replaced on the date of the appointment. Even though my machine couldn't be fixed, the technician was great. He called when he was headed this way. He was always very polite. He clearly explained what the problem was. Good employee!

Very courteous technician. Found both my problems right away. One has to be solved by the plumber but the other he solved right away and my washer works now. Very helpful. Asked if I needed any other assistance and was very helpful. Great job! Thank you!
