Total nightmare working with this company!! It is impossible to ever get to talk with anyone!! They say the compressor for my frig is covered under warranty then when they come out they say it will cost $667.92 to put new compressor in!! Over $500 for labor is a robbery!!! If you don't pay it they will still charge you $109.00 just for coming out. Please don't use this company find someone that will answer their phone and care about their customers and not rob you blind!!!

I paid $547 to get a part replaced on my refrigerator and no one shows up for the appointment. I take the day off from work to be home for the repair and I can't even get someone on the phone to explain why they don't come. Horrible Service! I will try and dispute the charges on my credit card.
