Steve is the consummate professional always keeping you informed and communicating extremely well! Good to see that the old world ways are still kept and people know how to do a good job and provide quality service. We were fortunate to have Steve repair our washing machine. Working with him was a great experience. He is knowledgeable, personable, efficient and terrific at communicating schedule updated time of arrival (which is very important when you have an entire day appointment schedule) Couldn't ask for better service.
