I want to commend the SEARS technician, Marc C, who came to repair our microwave oven. He had to drive quite a distance to reach us, which we truly appreciated. Despite the inconvenience, he arrived promptly and maintained a professional and courteous attitude throughout the visit. What impressed us most was his resourceful and expertise. Our microwave was quite old, and original replacement parts were no longer available. Instead of giving up or recommending we replace it, he found suitable parts and repaired the unit successfully.It's clear he's not only highly skilled but also takes pride in solving problems creatively. Thanks to his efforts,our microwave is working perfectly again. We're grateful for his dedication, professionalism, and the quality of his work. SEARS is lucky to have such a technician on their team!
