Jose asked more detail of the ice maker. After few minutes, he quickly determined to replace the ice maker. He submitted the request to my home insurance, within minutes it got approved. It took him 30 minutes to complete the whole thing.

Kyle asked questions and took the top off the machine. Understood I have been without a washing machine working properly for quite some time. I know Im frustrated and try to come off kindly but sure I have frustration in my voice, I appreciate his understanding and listening. He really took his time on the machine to fix it. Thank you!

I had great service from Fransisco. However, Fransisco was the second tech on the second day of trying to fix my refrigerator fixed. I originally had a service set up for the first day. Received no communication from the first tech on service update ever. I had to do the live chat in order to get an update at 8:00pm that a service tech was not going to show up. There is no way to communicate to a live person about any work or status updates. If not for using warranty work, i would not use them again.
