My technician, Joshua, was outstanding during my Sears repair visit. From the moment he arrived, he explained everything clearly and assured me that the repair would not take long. He quickly identified the problem, walked me through what was causing the issue, and explained the steps he would take to fix it. Once the repair was completed, Joshua went above and beyond by inspecting the vents and recommending that I replace my air filters every 3–6 months to help keep the system running efficiently. Joshua provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and took the time to ensure I understood everything. Sears is fortunate to have a technician like Joshua. I truly appreciate his excellent work and would highly recommend him.
