Didn't seem knowledgeable
Never looked inside the machine. This has been an ongoing issue for over a month and many repairmen, through the home warranty company, have tried fixing it and they have felt it was unfixable. So I am frustrated and when he said it was fixed after putting the old part back in, I questioned that it was actually fixed. When I asked then what was wrong he wasn't able to tell me, he actually said he didn't know. After he left, I ran a load and bam the same issue with the "de" came up. Seems washing machines just is an area he isn't that familiar with.
