Excellent Techician and Courteous.

The technician thought he knew what was wrong with the ice machine and then proved his theory that some electrical wires were broken. Two previous technicians did not solve the problem...they easter egged a fix by ordering parts. The fix was accomplished by laying on the floor trying to solder too very small wires together.This consumers opinion is that the third try was successful because the tech worked harder than the first two techs who were not willing to do the tough fix. The repair to this machine should not have taken THREE trips. I am not happy that I had to set aside what adds up to three days of waiting time for a tech to arrive between 07-1600 hours! The third try was a charm...lets see how long this fix lasts.

Pleased with technician who repaired dishwasher. Derek seemed to take great care to get everything correct. Sears could do a better job of making it easy to speak to a person, rather than only automated systems. It's frustrating to try to contact Sears when a customer has an issue with an appliance that needs repair!
